Send between villages tab
To refresh current state of village resources please click on “Load Villages” button. Villages information will be loaded. To view current villages info you can click on “From” or “To” dropdown:

On the popup there are information about village resources and free merchants.
As you see in “Village 5” and “Village 6” villages granary are full. Let’s send resources from “Village 5” to “Village 1”. For doing it please select “Village 5” in “From” combo box and “Village 1” in “To” combo box.
There are “Source current resources” panel below “From” combo box and “Destination current resources” panel below “To” combo box filled by current values of resource counts.
Small description of controls:
- “Desirable kind” radio group allows to set the goal we want to send resources for. Leave it on “Full Warehouse\Granary” option for now
- “Desirable resources” panel shows resources which is needed to have in destination village for satisfying our goal (selected in Desirable kind). The panel is readonly.
- “Needed” panel shows resources which is lacked in destination village to satisfy our goal. The panel is readonly.
- “Send” panel shows resources which will be sent from source village to destination. If there are not enough resources or merchants to sent all needed resources, values in the panel will be calculated proportional to needed resources counts.
- “Leave to full” control contains count of resources which should be subtacted from warehouse and granary capacity in calculation “Desirable resources” panel. So when merchants will arrive warehouse\granary maybe will not totally full and you won’t lose resources from production. “Leave to full” control is visible only when “Full Warehouse\Granary” option is selected in “Desirable kind” radiogroup
- “Divide” control contains divider used for calculation resources for “Send” panel. By default its value is equal to 50. It would be very strange if player send resources with exactness to 1 resource
.
- “Send” button sends resources shown in “Send” panel from source village to destination
Please look at screenshot after selecting “From” and “To” villages:

As you can see granary is full in “Village 5” and there are 20 free merchants in it which can send 60000 resources. In “Send” panel resources are already calculated by TravianTray in proportion to needed resources. Click on “Send” button. After it screenshot will look like shown below:

So resources were sent and you can check it browser.
Let’s refresh village resources again by clicking on “Load Villages” button:

“Village 6” has full warehouse and granary. Let’s send crop from it to “Village 1”. Choose “Village 6” on “From” combo box:

At the right from “Sent Resources” grid there are a few buttons:
resend resources from highlighted records
delete highlighted records from “sent resources” grid
clear “sent resources” grid
Sending resources lacked to build house (go to top)
For example we have next amount of resources:
In “Village 4” we want to upgrade Residence. But there are not enough resources to do it. We need to calculate how many resources we need to send. TravianTray helps you to do it. Please look at the screenshot:
For calculating needed resources to build residence of next level (18 for now) you can just select residence on image drop down at the right from “Build house” radio button. Lacked resources will be automatically calculated and shown in “Needed” panel (“Desirable resources” panel shows resources needed to have in destination village to build residence of 18 level). From above picture we see that we should send 35995 lumber and 22493 iron. Let’s choose “Village 2” as source village for sending resources:
There are enough resources and merchants in “Village 2”. So we can just click on “Send” button to start sending resources lacked to build Residence of 18 level in Village4.
In the same way you can use “Send Resources” tab to send lacked resources to
- train settlers or chiefs
- start Little or Big Parties
Auto Sending resources every N minutes (go to top)
For example we have next view of “Sent resources history” grid:

Column with header
shows arrival time of merchants.
First column has checkboxes. To start auto resending resources it is enough to check checkboxes on needed rows and change value of “Try to send checked rows every” option:
Look at the screenshot:
We’ve checked 2 rows and changed value of bottom spin control to 55. It means that EVERY 55 minutes TravianTray will try to resend resources for checked rows!
Often during game your alliance leader asks you to send hourly production of resources to some village. It’s very boring. TravianTray allows you to do it for a few seconds!
Tab screenshot:
To send hourly production it’s needed:
1. Enter X|Y coordinates of destination village
2. Use “percent” track bar to change percent of hourly production you want to send
3. Click on “Send” button
After clicking on “Send” button TravianTray will try to send 1 hour resources from each village:

The resources were sent from villages which contains market place and enough merchants.
